About the hosts:


Joe Higgins has been rapidly building his reputation as one of Tucson's younger and engaged business people. He has served on many municipal business panels, including the TREO and City of Tucson Small Business Commissions. He is the owner of a number of successful Tucson enterprises, including Sports Buzz Haircuts and Talking Trash Waste Removal.  Joe is a leader in the small business community and champion for their issues. He recently ran for public office and serves on a number of non-profit boards.
 

Chris DeSimone is the owner of ProvenPartners, a consulting company that specializes in "business therapy and marketing". He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University's School of Hotel Restaurant Management and has a proven background in local tourism. Chris is a strong voice for accountability in the local tourism industry.

Chris DeSimone is coming off a 2-year run of his own successful radio show, Business and Banter, also on KVOI. The Business and Banter show featured discussion on local politics and its effects on small business owners.
